What is Rebound Volleyball?
The rules are simple and all necessary equipment and officials are provided.
Rebound Volleyball is similar to Beach Volleyball and Indoor Volleyball but instead of out lines there are nets to rebound the ball back into play. So no matter what height or skill level you are in volleyball you can sustain rallies with your opposition.
4 a side
Rebound is played with a maximum of (4) players on the court at once. You can rotate or substitute players but it is more common to have the same six players throughout the entire game. You can also play with less players if your team chooses with a minimum of (2) players on the court. This will make the game slightly harder in terms of court coverage but gives more ball time with each player. It is entirely up to you have many you have on the court.
